What we check before a kitchen goes live.
Trust here is a set of facts you can check, not a badge we award ourselves.
A real person, checked once
Government ID and mobile number are verified before a first listing goes live. The name on the ID must match the name on the settlement account, or payouts are held.
Food licence on file
Every kitchen submits an FSSAI registration. You see the number on the kitchen’s profile so you can verify it yourself. The certificate itself stays in private storage — only our verification team can open it, and every time they do it is written to an audit log.
Ratings only from paid pickups
You cannot review a meal you did not buy and collect. That is enforced by the system, not by moderation, which is why the ratings mean something.
Homes stay private
The exact address is encrypted at rest and released to a buyer only after payment, only on the day of pickup. Search results carry an approximate location, never the real coordinates.
If something is wrong
Open the order and report it. Food-safety reports are read the same day, and we can suspend a kitchen or pull a listing off the marketplace immediately while we look into it.
